National Domestic Violence Hotline
If you are a victim of domestic violence and need immediate assistance for safety planning, emotional support, or other emotional services, please call. Free and confidential services for all domestic violence victims regardless of race, gender, sexual identity, or any other factor.
They also offer a temporary shelter for abused victims and their children and legal options counseling and court accompaniment.
Mental Health Support for First Responders
Crisis Text Line is a nonprofit organization that provides free, 24/7, confidential text-based mental health support in English and Spanish.
Pittsburgh/Allegheny County Critical Incident Stress Management Team (CISM)

A team of local emergency responders who volunteer to provide free and confidential resources, education, and emotional support to Public Safety, Medical Professionals, and those within the Communications field (911 dispatchers) who have been recently exposed to a critical incident or event.
The Trevor Project- A 24/7 judgment free and anonymous crisis support service for LGBTQ youth.
National Maternal Mental Health Hotline- Free, 24/7 confidential hotline for parents, pregnant, and birthing individuals who need someone to listen, or be connected to local support groups and organizations, or for referrals to other health care professionals
